RxBenefits Content Hub

The front page of the RxBenefits Content Hub on a MacBook

The Client: RxBenefits, a pharmacy benefits optimizer (that’s a PBO, not a PBM — don’t get it twisted) serving self-funded employers.

The Challenge: Establish RxBenefits as a source of clear, accessible, independent information in the complex pharmacy benefits industry.

The Solution: Benefit consultant- and employer-focused content hubs are full of expert knowledge, expertly translated into, like, regular-people talk. Biosimilars? International drug sourcing? What even is a GLP-1? The experts needed a mid-expert — the Diet Coke of experts, a Kirkland Signature expert — for co-writing and ghostwriting, and I was a favorite. Did I have to absorb knowledge about pharmaceuticals, benefits, and gene therapy for cerebral adrenoleukodystrophy? You bet I did, and it was fun.

The Sites: The RxBenefits Consultant and Employer Content Hub

The Credit: Other contributors, and obviously I couldn’t have done it without the actual expert-experts credited in the byline
