The Challenge: Help new BBVA Compass customers take advantage of opportunities ahead of them in their financial journey — because opening an account is just the beginning.

The Solution: A campaign of print collateral, direct mail, and email gives every new customer the information and guidance they need to take advantage of BBVA Compass's offerings. The client ended up with more than four dozen unique communications to pull from, so that a Remote Banking customer with an NBA Checking Account and a Workplace Solutions customer looking for a mortgage will get their own customized messaging that really resonates with their needs and goals.
