The Challenge: Tell employees about an opportunity to serve their community — and on company time, with the support of their employer.

The Solution: This campaign kicks off the bank’s annual week of service, where the bank gives employees time off from work to volunteer for a cause that’s important to them. Emails remind managers that the week is coming up, so they can start getting their employees pumped up. Posters promote the event and offer inspiring quotes, flyers let employees know what volunteer opportunities are coming up, and a brochure explains the entire thing. And t-shirts and stickers get and keep people excited about the week, because these employees really love t-shirts and stickers. Almost as much as they love volunteerism.
