The Challenge: Convince associates to save the company money using a simple, handy diagnostic tool.

The Solution: Verizon equipped its associates with a handy tool to identify whether a customer’s malfunctioning phone was fixable or needed replacing. The tool only works, of course, when the associate used it. These videos demonstrate the tool and illustrate the amount of money — and number of street tacos — saved by fixing fixable phones.
