The Solution: The "Wicked Good" semi-monthly newsletter shared news and developments, from new product offerings to project ideas to collaborations with other companies or institutions. The copy was technical enough for tech-savvy readers but also accessible enough for newbies, and the "Project of the Week" sidebar—with discount code—drove readers to the website to try a new, reasonably simple project they might not have considered before.
