The Client: Verizon Wireless

The Challenge: Keep associates entertained and attentive between speakers at the 2015 Kickoff Meeting in the Midwest.

The Solution: Verizon happens to be really good at customer service. (Seriously—in 2013, they were ranked number on in their tier by the ACSI.) So for this meeting, we decided to show them funny examples of bad customer service. Neglecting the customer's needs, being too pushy, forgetting to follow through on a commitment and then running off down the hallway crowing, "I got away!"—all of those, for the record, are bad ways to do customer service.
